Creating & Organizing Projects
Create a New Project
From your dashboard, click New Project, give it a descriptive name (e.g. Acme - Q3 Ad Campaign), and choose your privacy preference. Each project gets its own videos, members, and review links.
Organize with Folders
Inside a project you can create folders to group videos by campaign, client round, or deliverable. Drag and drop videos between folders to reorganize at any time - comments and history move with them.
Switch Views & Sort
Toggle between Grid and List views, filter by status, and sort by name or last updated to find projects quickly when your workspace grows.
Archive Finished Work
When a project wraps, archive it to keep your dashboard clean. Archived projects stay searchable and can be restored at any time - nothing is deleted without you asking.
