Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
Requests within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, if you haven't used more than 10% of your storage quota during that billing period.
Not Eligible
Requests after 14 days, accounts that have exceeded 10% storage usage, or plans cancelled mid-cycle (you retain access until the period ends).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a partial refund?
We do not offer partial refunds. If your request is within the eligibility window, you will receive a full refund for the current billing period.
What about annual subscriptions?
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, you may cancel but will not receive a refund — your access continues until the end of the annual period.
What if I downgrade instead?
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining time on your current plan.
What if my refund is denied?
If you believe a denial was made in error, reply to the refund decision email and we'll review your case again. You can also contact support@frooty.ai for further assistance.
