By accessing or using Frooty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time - continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Frooty. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to: • Store, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service. • Generate thumbnails, previews, and transcoded versions of your videos. • Display your content to authorized team members and reviewers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share all content. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Frooty and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission. • Remove any proprietary notices from the Service. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. • Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period. • Provide valid and up-to-date payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time: • **You** may delete your account through account settings. • **We** may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. • We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
