1. Prepare the cut
   Verify the right version is uploaded, audio is final-enough, and link permissions (password, expiry) are set.

2. Brief the client
   Send the copy-paste message: what to review, what to ignore, the deadline, and who approves.

3. Collect timestamped notes
   Clients comment on exact frames via the review link - no email threads, no voice notes to transcribe.

4. Resolve per round
   Reply, fix, and resolve each thread. Upload the next round as a new stacked version, never a renamed file.

5. Record approval
   Get explicit sign-off on one version from the named approver, then deliver from that exact cut.

Before you share
  [ ] Confirm the uploaded file is the intended round - watch the first and last 10 seconds
  [ ] Audio is final-enough for the review stage (say so if it isn't)
  [ ] Set link permissions: password for sensitive cuts, expiry for screeners
  [ ] Decide and write down who gives final approval - one name
  [ ] Note what is NOT up for review yet (color, sound design, VFX temps)

The brief (send with every link)
  [ ] What changed since the last round (2-3 bullets max)
  [ ] What feedback you need, specifically (story? pacing? selects?)
  [ ] The deadline for notes, in the client's timezone
  [ ] Who approves - and that other comments are advisory

During the round
  [ ] Keep every note on the video thread - nothing in email or chat
  [ ] Reply to each thread so the client sees it land
  [ ] Resolve threads only when the fix is uploaded, not when promised
  [ ] Upload the next round as a new stacked version - never rename mid-round

Approval and delivery
  [ ] Ask for explicit sign-off on the version number, in writing
  [ ] Record who approved which version and when
  [ ] Deliver downloads from the approved cut only
  [ ] Archive the project link or let it expire - don't leave screeners live
